Important Payment Instructions

After your request is reviewed, an Order of Payment Slip will be generated and you will receive an email with the schedule of payment.
You are scheduled to pay at the Cashier's Office on the dates indicated in the email, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM only.
After payment, present your Official Receipt at Window 1 of the Office of the Registrar for claiming.
Online Payment via QR Code: Please note that online payments take up to 15 working days to be validated and processed. Plan accordingly.
If you are unable to claim on the specified date, you will need to request a rescheduling of payment and release.
